Just a normal day at the library… (not really though)… A lady calls. I answer. She asks for directions to the library from another town. She does not know street names or even directions. No north. No south. No east. No west. But I did it. Using my librarian magic. I told her when to turn left and right and how many blocks to pass when going straight. Disclaimer: I was not trained for this, I was not taught this in college when studying library science, and this is not in my job description.
